Our address is 801 Carlton Street in Springdale. If you are coming from Interstate 49, take the Springdale (Hwy 412) exit number 72. Turn east onto Sunset Avenue (Hwy 412). You will drive approximately 2 miles to Carlton Street on your left. Turn on Carlton and Brookway Counseling will be on your right.
If you are coming from Hwy 71 Business, turn onto Hwy 412 (Sunset Ave.) heading west. You will drive approximately 1 mile to Carlton Street. Turn right onto Carlton and Brookway Counseling will be on your right. Please come into the waiting area and your therapist will come get you at your appointment time.
