Yes, confidentiality is one of the most important components of therapy. Every therapist should provide a written copy of his/her confidential disclosure agreement, and you can expect that what you discuss in session will not be shared with anyone. Sometimes, however, you may want your therapist to share information or give an update to someone on your healthcare team (your physician or other health care provider), but by law your therapist cannot release this information without obtaining your written permission. There is no charge for any session cancelled with at least 24-hour notice prior to the scheduled appointment. Sessions cancelled with less than 24-hour notice will be assessed a cancellation fee.
We offer Monday through Friday appointments and some weekend days. Brookway Counseling is located at: 801 Carlton Street, Springdale AR 72762. Online, telehealth video sessions are also available.
