I have experience working with adults, couples, and families navigating a wide range of challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship difficulties, life transitions, and stress management. I have also had the privilege of working with veterans and their families, which has deepened my appreciation for the resilience and strengths clients bring to therapy.
I utilize evidence-based approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, and mindfulness techniques to help clients gain insight, build coping skills, and create lasting change. My practice is integrative and person-centered, recognizing that no two clients are alike.
I earned both my Bachelor’s degree in Social Work and my Master’s degree in Social Work from the University of Arkansas.
Outside of my work as a therapist, I enjoy spending time with my kids and my two dogs, Pearl and Sterling. I also love trying new restaurants and staying active through exercise.
