“Everything can be taken from a man but one thing: the last of the human freedoms—to choose one’s attitude in any given set of circumstances, to choose one’s own way.”
― Viktor E. Frankl, Man’s Search for Meaning

I believe in counseling as a journey that is unique to each individual, as life experiences vary greatly for each person. I provide care that is client-centered so that you can find hope and healing in a non-judgemental and accepting space. Before my personal counseling experiences began, hopelessness and despair felt like constant companions, despite seeking every resource I could to try to overcome the obstacles I faced.
