“To pay attention, this is our endless and proper work.” – Mary Oliver
Therapy can be an incredibly beautiful and healing process, but potentially vulnerable and intimidating on the front end, as are most new experiences with new people. I aim to help ease you into the therapy space by providing an inclusive environment as well as normalizing those feelings that might arise as we explore your areas of concern.
I specialize in grief counseling, providing support for individuals experiencing loss in its various forms. I use evidence-based techniques to address anxiety and depression and many other mental health concerns, working collaboratively with clients to develop effective coping strategies. Additionally, I offer trauma-informed therapy to help individuals process and integrate traumatic experiences, promoting healing, growth, and resilience. I also focus on relational issues, guiding clients in building strong and fulfilling connections. With a holistic approach that considers the mind, body, and spirit, I hope to empower you to reclaim your own life and cultivate lasting change, utilizing mindfulness practices and self-care techniques for overall well-being.
When I am not in the office, I’m usually spending time with friends or with my partner and our 3 dogs. I love being creative, trying new things, traveling, and being outside as much as possible.
